Customized Workouts tailored to your experience level, schedule, and equipment—home or gym. We start with an introductory virtual meeting, where I can get to know you and your goals. I then design a program just for you and deliver the workout with demonstration videos directly to your inbox.Â

Expert Coaching & Support by me, a certified NASM personal trainer, who understands your lifestyle and challenges. We check in at the end of four weeks, and again at 8 weeks, to adjust and progress the program to your needs as you get stronger and fitter.

I can't wait to meet you! We'll start with a 45 minute intake call, where I'll find out all about you-- your goals, your fitness experience, your medical and injury history, and your resources for exercise. Then I'll design two 8-week exercise programs for you, with a focus on resistance training. These programs will be delivered to your inbox, along with video demonstrations for each exercise. We will meet again at 4 weeks to trouble shoot and adjust, and again at 8 weeks for the second program installment, designed to progress you to the next level of fitness.
